07FAQ

Your questions, our answers

An emergency?

Police custody, an imminent hearing, a deadline about to expire: call directly.

06 79 84 08 08

How does the first consultation work?

It lasts about 45 minutes, at the office in Casablanca, by phone or by video. We listen to your situation, review the documents and present your legal options along with a fee estimate.

What documents should I bring for a maintenance or divorce case?

The marriage certificate, the children's birth certificates, a copy of your national ID and any document related to the dispute or to income (previous judgments, correspondence…). We complete the list together during the consultation.

I had a workplace accident — what are my rights?

An injured employee is entitled to compensation under the law on workplace accidents, provided the accident is declared within the legal time limits. We assist you through the amicable and then the court phase, including where the workplace accident is treated as a traffic accident.

A relative is in police custody — what should I do?

Contact the office immediately. A person in custody may consult their lawyer under the conditions set by the Code of Criminal Procedure; acting early is decisive.

How are fees set?

According to the nature and complexity of the case; they are agreed clearly before any action, in line with the rules of the legal profession.

I live abroad — can you represent me?

Yes. With a certified power of attorney, we can represent you before Moroccan courts without you having to travel, with remote follow-up throughout the proceedings.
